Mid-Atlantic Series - MACS

Indiana, PA
October 10, 1999
By: Jeff Geesey

Persistent showers shrouding the area for 48 hours forced Jack and Donna Lentz to postpone Fall Fest V until next weekend at Challenger Raceway, Indiana, PA.

With the postponement, the two-day show will be presented on Saturday and Sunday, October 16 and 17. New entries are accepted for the rescheduled program

Saturday's program features a new pill draw for the heats and the $2,000 to-win, "Sweet 16 - King of the Hill", for the top sixteen cars from the heat events.

Sunday's program includes a driver autograph session at 1:00 p.m.; B Mains; and $10,000 to-win, 75-lap feature. The total purse for the two-day show is $57,000. One driver could win $12,000 for the weekend while twelfth place is $1,000 and $600 to start.. Each driver not advancing from the B Mains earns a minimum of $200.

Times for both days are: gates open at noon; warm-ups at 2:00; and racing at 3:00 p.m.

Thanks for your continued support and cooperation.
