CoolDirt Notes: Rick is one of the most consistent drivers at Hagerstown or any where else.To make my point take 1999 for example so far he has 1 win(6/26) with several top fives and top tens  with a couple of second place finishes including The 50 lap Johnny Roberts Memorial at Hagerstown.Rick always seems to be near the top ten.
