Winchester

Nathan Durboraw returned to the Winchester Speedway Saturday night and captured his fourth victory of '99 by winning the twenty-five lap feature. Durboraw started tenth but quickly moved through the field. He moved into second where he found early leader Bubby Dillman putting up quite a struggle to hold onto the lead. A caution came out on lap twenty-three with Dillman in front and Durboraw second. Durboraw got a good jump on the restart and moved around Dillman to claim the first prize. "We would have never won this race had the caution not came out, " Durboraw said from victory lane. "We were a little lucky tonight". Following Durboraw in the top ten were Bo Feathers, Dillman, Roy Deese, Sean Cosgrove, Tim Booth, Tommy Armel, Jeremy Miller, Gerald Davis and Brad Omps. Heat winners were Dillman, Deese and Roy Anderson. Consy was won by Richard Irwin.
